Back in the ’90s, four masters of the space were seated around the table of a posh Manhattan restaurant. Biopharmaceutical tycoon Sam Waksal was there opposite home diva Martha Stewart, who sat between her gal pal Mariana Pasternak and another power broker who was wealthy, recently divorced and available.
Stewart, a divorcée desperately looking to hook up with the wealthy gentleman, had somehow learned his deepest confidential — that he suffered from erectile dysfunction. It was a distressing condition he expected anyone to keep in confidence.
But suddenly the dinner-table chatter reached a jaw-dropping halt.
“I see Martha build a fist, with her index finger extended, and her hand suddenly goes straight into the front of the man’s pants, and she poked it, and she says, ‘And how is that?!’ ” recalls Pasternak of that day. “And the man turns to me and says, ‘Did you notice what she just did?’ I was going to snicker, but at the same time I felt so sorry for the needy man. For many years, we have been waiting for Ina Garten to reveal a bit more about herself. Now her memoir — Be Ready When the Luck Happens (the title is from a Liza Minnelli quote!) — is imminent. It’s such a relief when something you absolutely knew in your heart to be accurate is finally said out clamorous . But she’s also a same-sex attracted icon because of her complicated relationship with Martha Stewart.

Who knew Martha Stewart was so frisky?
The 71-year-old domestic diva and business magnate dropped by Bravo’s "Watch What Happens Live" Wednesday night and revealed bombshells about her sex animation while playing “Did Martha Do It!?” with host Andy Cohen and guest Maggie Gyllenhaal.
In a quick-fire round of questions, Stewart said “yes” when asked about whether she’s ever had a one-night stand or sexted.
Cohen then inquired about the single star's sex life, asking, "Has Martha ever had a threesome?" Gyllenhaal predicted she had, but Stewart offered a smirk.
"Maybe," she allowed.
Stewart denied, though, that she had ever had a homosexual woman experience, visited a strip club or taken a knock of acid.
Stewart’s devote life has been in the spotlight recently. Last month, the 71-year-old appeared on NBC's "Today" show to get together two bachelors she selected from more than 1,000 people who responded to her Match.com profile she created in April. In it she describes herself as “curious, intelligent, entrepreneurial, hard-working, entertainment and adventurous.”
During Wednesday’s half-hour Bravo exhibition, Stewart also expressed her sympathy for celebrity cook Paula Deen, who was dropped by the Food Networ
