SUND Chicago’s nightlife is a lot love the city itself — inclusive, diverse, and welcoming to all. It’s also a whole lot of fun. Our gay and homosexual woman bars have a little bit of something for everyone, with late-night lounges, dance clubs, burlesque and drag shows, and long-standing neighborhood watering holes in almost every corner of the city. And each comes with their own unusual history and vibe. Check out some of the best homosexual bars and clubs to experience Chicago’s queer nightlife scene. One of the city’s oldest queer bars, Jeffery Pub is a neighborhood institution. The South Shore staple is also one of Chicago’s first black-owned gay bars, making it all the more meaningful for the spot’s many regulars. Don’t suffer from the live business, like karaoke nights, Silky Soul Sundays, and a lively dance floor featuring everything from pop to house music. This lively and colorful spot is part LGBTQ hangout, part art gallery. The walls are plastered with the owner’s personal collection of paintings and photos, including giant names like Diane Arbus. But don’t think for a second that makes the pla The Closet often hosts giant parties. One of the establishment’s most popular annual events is the Pre-New Year’s Eve bash. It is also one of the bar’s busiest nights of the year as each year features a diverse theme. Such events, combined with a lesbian open season following softball games, video bowling, darts, bingo, karaoke, and other assorted games, is why The Closet Bar, as tiny as it might be has been a widespread destination for more than three decades. In addition to entity a popular fun and lesbian pick-up joint, The Closet Bar in Chicago is also a popular destination for drinking enthusiasts. If you would love to indulge in a delicious consume , you will be happy to acquire that the establishment offers a roomy selection of tasteful drinks to appreciate. The drink selection is quite extensive and there is a little bit of everything for everyone. You will be hard-pressed not to find something you like as you scroll down the menu. This together with the “A neighborhood bar for everyone” There aren’t enough good things that I can say about T’s Block & Restaurant. I’m usually not a huge fan of male lover bars and come from a city unlike Chicago where they’re all pretty much the similar and geared towards gay men. Instead, T’s is all about the ladies! Whether you’re there to play or just observe, you will not be unhappy with the selection. Located at the southeast corner of Clark Road and Winnemac Avenue in Andersonville, T’s is a lesbian’s aspire when it comes to eye candy—I swear that all of the city’s attractive lesbians can be found at T’s on any night of the week. T’s front room is used as the restaurant area and also has a full-size prevent. The back room sports a jukebox, pool table, smaller block, and some tables but is mostly an open space meant for the crowds that pack the place on weekends. In summer months T’s offers a huge outdoor patio that is often packed full, leaving the inside of T’s almost void. On any given night, and especially weekends, T’s is typically 90% women with 10% entity the gay men who treasure them. However, t
